The NIHR SafetyNet Symposium 2025, held in Manchester on 17 October 2025, featured a poster exhibition of 59 innovative projects from the six NIHR Patient Safety Research Collaborations (PSRCs), spanning a wide range of emerging issues such as medication safety, maternity care, virtual wards, and health equity interventions — all contributing to the shared mission of tackling inequities, reducing harm and improving patient safety across diverse populations.
