SafetyNet webinar – Mobilising Human Factors Knowledge for Impact: From Practice to Dissemination
Have you ever wondered whether you’re already applying Human Factors (HF) principles in your work? Chances are, you are—and this SafetyNet webinar will help you recognise it and make it count.
Date: 15 January 2026
Time: 1pm – 2pm
Where: Online (Zoom)
Human Factors isn’t just about fixing problems after they happen. It’s about designing systems that work for people from the start. In this interactive session, we’ll explore how HF knowledge can be mobilised to improve safety, quality, and impact across healthcare and beyond. Drawing on examples from healthcare and nuclear sectors, we’ll look at proactive approaches to safety and share practical strategies for embedding HF into your dissemination plans.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of where HF principles already exist in your work.
- Ideas for making HF visible in your research outputs and implementation plans.
- Inspiration from real-world case studies, including BCH PEWS and haemophilia care.
A chance to join a lively discussion with peers on how to harness HF for change.
